Which areas do you service?
We service all areas within the Sydney region, with a particular focus on servicing Western Sydney, Hawkesbury & the Blue Mountains.
We also service many customers with regional offices and branches interstate including Brisbane, Melbourne, Canberra and beyond.
Are your onsite reviews really free?
Yes! Consider this to be a ‘free health check’.
Free, no-obligation, onsite reviews are a great way for you to find out where your network and IT operating practices could be improved.
We then suggest where any improvements should be made and explain the value of these improvements.
Do you sell computers / computer equipment, parts, etc.?
Yes. We can source and supply computer and IT office equipment for your business at competitive rates.
We do not sell directly to the general public.
I work from home / I run my business from home. Can we help you?
We sure can and we would be happy to do so.
As long as you have an ABN/ACN, we consider home based businesses to be just as important as any other
How much do you charge?
There is no one-size-fits-all IT solution.
Costs generally depend on the individual business as all solutions are tailored to suit your particular business environment and requirements.
Do you design websites or provide website hosting?
We do have a small side team that can provide website design services or assistance.
Whilst this is not our main business focus, it is a service that we can offer.
We do not provide website hosting.
I am a single user / I only have two users in our business / I have over 100 users. Can you support us?
We certainly can and we would love to do so. No matter what size your business is, it is as important as any other.
We have extremely competitive rates and can offer you an affordable solution to help you and your business grow.
I don't have a business. Can you help me?
Unfortunately, we only offer support to business and business users.
We do not service the domestic market.
