Are your on-site reviews really free?
Yes! Free, no-obligation, on-site reviews are a great way for you to find out where your network and IT operating practices could be improved. Consider this to be a 'free health check'. We then advise you where the improvements should be made and explain the value of these improvements.
Do you design websites or provide website hosting?
We do have a small side team that can provide website design services or assistance. Whilst this is not our main business focus, it is a service that we can offer. We do not provide website hosting directly.
Do you sell computers / computer equipment / parts etc.?
We can source and supply computer and IT office equipment for your business at competitive rates. We do not sell directly to the general public.
I am a single user / We only have 2 users in our business / We have over 100 users. Can you support us?
We certainly can and we would love to do so. No matter what size your business is, it is as important as any other.

We sure can and we would be happy to do so. As long as you have an ABN/ACN, we consider home based businesses to be as important as any other.

Unfortunately, we only offer support to business and business users. We do not service the domestic market.
